1. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a 20% deposit. The remaining balance must be paid at least 14 days before the tour start date. All prices are quoted in US Dollars unless otherwise stated.

2. Cancellation Policy

• More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus bank charges
• 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund
• Less than 14 days before departure: No refund
• No-show: No refund

3. Inclusions & Exclusions

Each tour package clearly states what is included and excluded. Common exclusions include international flights, travel insurance, visa fees, personal expenses, tips, and meals not specified in the itinerary.

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance before your trip. Dazzling Tours is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage during the tour.

5. Itinerary Changes

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, road closures, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. Alternative arrangements of equivalent value will be provided.

6. Liability

Dazzling Tours acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (hotels, transport, activities). We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury caused by third-party service providers.

7. Minimum Group Size

Some tours require a minimum number of participants. If the minimum is not met, we may offer an alternative date or a full refund.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
